Scope of Services. Through this Site, X & H Homes markets and arranges Electrical Services, Residential Electrical Services, Residential Wiring, Electrical Wiring, Panel Upgrade Service, Electrical Inspection, Panel Upgrades, Electrical Inspections. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to X & H Homes and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. X & H Homes does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, X & H Homes's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify X & H Homes from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in FL.
Term Changes. X & H Homes may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
